463.750 in use conventionally 432 DPL Hospital Transport/EMS? (BJC)
461.675 in use conventionally 123.0 PL - unid user.
in use conventionally 156.7 PL - Shiloh KLL Site (Belleville area)
Heard: "EKG to ER" on 464.575 (unknown tone/TG). Also used by Laidlaw TRS R10
464.875 appears to be in use by Barnes for CSQ voice paging (no tones heard)
463.375 is now confirmed as R11 on Site 3, also in use with 173.8, Maintenance

4/17/07 - 461.925R05 very active with R09, R13 TG

8/28/07 - The 464.675 Repeater listed on the WQFI335 license is currently being used (actively) by the St John's Mercy Medical Center using 123.0 PL (same as 464.9R) on WPXK668; Also, 464.575R is also in-use (active) on the Laidlaw Bus LTR system as R10.

01/26/08 - Add 4 LTR Repeaters to the system & 1 talkgroup change:

Change Talkgroup:
-old-     0-09-063 - Main/Base
-new-   0-06-063 - Main/Base

*NOTE* LTR repeater order verify with PRO-97. 

**11/11/08 - heard 0-06-063 on 463.975 (licensed to Fleettalk, was on R14) - this may be R14 on THIS system?
**2/9/09 - heard 0-06-081 on 463.975 (talk about garage - see above)
**2/10/09 - R09 464.275 - license is WQGS422

11/3/09 - Using LTR Analyzer, these changes have been determined:
*There are possibly 2 different LTR systems that are possibly tied together (2 different sites)?  These have been separated as #1 and #2.
*Site 2 - LCN R14 463.975 has a BUSY of 0-14-253 and CW-ID on 0-14-255, but shows no other activity or FREE channels.  BUT, the other 2 freq's on #2 show R14 as a FREE Channel. (463.975 could be the correct R14, or it could be a different freq and the 463.975 is a stand alone LTR used by a completely different system.
