These frequencies are licensed under the State of New Jersey - Office of Public Safety and Communication and the State Office of Homeland Security & Preparedness otherwise known as UASI (Urban Area Security Initiative Interoperability Working Group) In South West Region of New Jersey they cover Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. Note, at times depending on the situation these frequencies will be cross patched with 400Mhz Interop frequencies and / or with 800 Interop frequencies.
