System Notes
The City of Madison no longer affiliates with the Central MS Regional Network. They have a system that is interoperable with MSWIN. There is a Motorola SmartX Gateway that allows analog users of this system to operate with P25 MSWIN and vice versa (mainly so that pd and fire can operate on public works and city common channels). The system is primarily used for public works and city common channels.
This system will be upgrading to an full MSWIN site in the near future. (Full P25 Phase 2 capable)
