11/18/12 - The six channel "analog" Motorola trunk system for the "City of Joliet" IL will be shut down soon. They have completely abandon it. Its not in use anymore. The City of Joliet, IL has switched on 11-8-12 to the ILL-Starcom Tower 113 Digital trunk system. The Joliet City Starcom System being used is complete ENCRYPTION and no voice can be heard on ANY talk Groups there using.
