This system found by Springfield listener. Can not find ANY license in are for these frequencies.
8/19/06 - Actually found that 858.2375 came in better (less muffled) on 858.23125 (still no license)
858.2375 71.9 PL used conventionally by portables at State Fair for some vendor?
Possibly an old expired NexTel System although nothing shows up in expired licenses in the FCC ULS.
6/10 - 857.2735 was Identified as R08 not R19. No Idle-Bursts on 854, 855, 856, or 860.2375
