This system is no longer on the air. My notes indicate that the system callsign (WNPP653) was assigned to Nextel back in 2002. Gave a listen to each of the system channels and hear no activity - even heard a Moto control channel on 858.3625 - I believe it's part of the Star Crystal Moto type II system (WPYB952). The last channel of the ESP system (857.3625), which was also licensed to Nextel, is now DuPage County Sheriff's Office channel 1 - it replaced 852.6625
