Fire/EMS/EMA
Montour and Columbia counties have merged 911 dispatch operations into East Central Emergency Network (ECEN). Fire and EMS units may utilize Columbia County licensed VHF frequencies for fireground operations. See Columbia County database page for those frequencies. ECEN will begin using the PA-STARNet system in 2022 for public safety dispatch and response communications.
