State Agency Law Enforcement Communications System
SALECS allows the Wyoming Highway Patrol distachers to communicate and dispatch - Division of Criminal Investigation, Game & Fish Department, Outfitter Board, Livestock Agents, BLM Law Enforcement, USFS Rangers, State Brand Inspectors and State Park Rangers. Repeaters are located thoughout the state. Coverage areas are approximate and WyoLink may also be used on its SALECS talkgroups. Most agencies have transitioned to the WyoLink system but may be used where covereage is poor or other needs arise.

Wyoming Mutual Aid
"Mutual Aid" is the conventional equalivant of the MAT channels on WyoLink. The repeaters are operated and monitored by the Wyoming Highway Patrol. The repeaters are available for use by approved public safety agencies and may include local, state and federal agencies.
