North Excello, ("North X" on the radio) is the lead in to Lind Yard, Cliffs (AK Steel) and the Middletown Coke Plant. The operations cover the Middletown Yard Limits for CSX. 

 CSX Yardmaster at the Van Yard identifies as "118" which is a holdover from Conrail days. Recent information indicates that 118 Yardmaster position has been abolished and the duties transferred to the Parsons Yardmaster.

BIPR has two lines; the former B&O mainline between East Parkersburg and West Belpre (about 5.5 miles) including the former Parkersburg High Yard, and the former B&O O&LK Subdivision along the Muskingum River between Belpre and Globe Metallurgical (a few miles upriver from Beverly). Interchange is with CSX at the Low Yard in Parkersburg.
