CONFIRE JPA aka "Comm Center" over the radio, operates two Fire/EMS communications centers which share a common phone system and a common radio system. One center is located in Rialto with the other in Hesperia. They serve as a secondary PSAP providing Fire/EMS dispatch services for the following agencies: Apple Valley FPD, Chino Valley Indep. Fire Dist., Colton FD, Loma Linda FD, Rancho Cucamonga Fire Dist., Redlands FD, Rialto FD, San Bernardino County FPD, Victorville FD.

Dispatch is also provided under contract for the following agencies: Baker EMS Co. (Needles Ambulance), Big Bear Fire Authority, Montclair FD, Running Springs FD. They are also the nighttime contact via radio for County Roads and Flood control.

Comm Center extensively uses the P25 trunked radio system operated by SBCo Information Services. They also simulcast over several VHF repeaters maintained for interoperability purposes as listed above under "Regional Public Safety".
