9/21 - Employees use a Theatro wifi-based system to communicate with each other which cannot be monitored using a scanner.  It is believed that most (if not all) frequencies listed below may no longer be in use. 
6/24 - Former license expired 6/24, new license issued for basically the same frequencies WSDF420.  Assuming that they have switched back to a local system, possibly DMR
3;25 - WSDF420 modified, deleting all existing mobile frequencies, added trunked repeaters on 464.05, 464.675, 461.75, 464.475, 461.725, 464.075, 462.05, 462.15, 462.075, 462.05, 462.15, 462.075, 464.375, 464.325, 464.425, 463.4125  (existing 461.7, 464.325, 464.675, 462.075, 462.125, 462.15)

3/25 - License modified with new location at I-80 and I-55, details in WIKI.
