It appears the LTR system is not in use, at least not regularly as LTR. The license includes 4 frequencies (versus 3 as listed in the LTR system currently) with emission codes for NXDN. I did detect NXDN on 471.9 but did not determine anything further, possible NXDN trunking. However, I do get LTR hits on previous LCN 13 and 15, no audio, just occasional bursts. 471.9 is also NXDN used in Mokena.
