Med 10 - Initial contact with MedLink to have a MED channel assigned to the EMS unit
**The Regional Medical Communications Center (RMCC) at The University of Tennessee is MEDLINK. They also dispatch UT LifeStar and coordinate with the other RMCCs for major incidents via TACN. The other RMCCs for the most part also dispatch aeromedical.
Med 2 thru Med 8 - Units may be patched to any hospital on any channel. 
Med 9 - Sevier County EMS: Paging/Backup, as well as to talk to Lifestar and other aeromedical.  American Medical Response (AMR) has replaced Rural/Metro EMS. The MCI channel has been noted in use during UT football games. 

Med 52 - Apparently for hospitals outside Knox County and are not used within the county. Needs identification, please submit.

Med 62 - used for EMS-to-Hospital communications for Methodist Medical Center (MMC), in Oak Ridge (Anderson County).

11/24 - Some AMR units are still using UHF, but many have migrated to TACN

Priority Ambulance is mostly dispatched via a Cellular LTE PTT application for convalescent and uses the UHF frequencies already in the database. Then they use the appropriate dispatch system for each county the serve for 911.
LifeCare EMS service is no longer a convalescent service in Knox County.
