Crawford County
The Crawford County Sheriff's Office dispatches all law enforcement in Crawford County except Pittsburg and Frontenac. These agencies also use the county sheriff tactical frequencies.
In 2022 a new DMR system was added to include most public service agencies in the county.
Crawford County EMS is also dispatched by the Sheriff's Office. There are three EMS stations across the county.
Crawford County has four fire districts: Baker (District 1), Arma (District 2), Sheridan (District 3), and Crawford (District 4) and various other township departments. All of the county fire departments and Girard Fire are paged and dispatched by the Sheriff's Office.
Crawford County Emergency Management tests radios daily at noon.
