The Ute Mountain Tribe and Indian Reservation is located in extreme southwestern Colorado.

NIST is located in Boulder CO.

This is a linked system with all frequencies carrying the same radio traffic simultaneously. This system is part of the Department of Justice "25 Cities Project"

The FCI Englewood is located in Littleton near the intersection of Highwawy 285 and South Kipling.

The Pike and San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands (PSICC) covers three million acres.  PSICC is a busy urban national forest that has the Front Range and the majority of fourteen thousand foot peaks in Colorado, yet also contains the wide-open grasslands of eastern Colorado and western Kansas. Both  grasslands are managed by Pike and San Isabel National Forests Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands (PSICC).

Radio sites are located at: Tator Butte, Picket Wire, Timpas, Springfield, La Junta,  and Elkhart Kansas

The Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests are a combination of separate National Forests located on the western slope of the Colorado Rockies. These three forests combined cover almost 3 million acres of National Forest System land in the central and southern Rocky Mountains, an area that lies south of the Colorado River and west of the Continental Divide.

The Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland cover nearly 2.9 million acres from north central Colorado to central and northeastern Wyoming.

Radio sites are located at: (169.600) Mount Werner, Cedar, Green Ridge, Blue Ridge, Dunckley, Sand Mountain, Farwell, Storm Peak; (172.375) Owl Mountain, Blackhall, Jelm and Rabbit Ears Pass

The Pike & San Isabel National Forests are located southwest of Denver and just west/northwest of Colorado Springs.  The National Forests use several repeaters scattered throughout the forest, so if you find that another PL tone is in use in your area on the same frequency, please send it in and let us know approximately where you were hearing it.

The Roosevelt and Arapaho National Forests, and the Pawnee National Grasslands are located in north central Colorado in the vicinity of the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Most USFS locations use multiple repeaters with no PL on the output. As such, these locations are not included in the database. Site specific locations that use a verified output PL tone will be included as normal. Identifed repeater locations use USFS locations which may or may not be identifiable on a map

The San Juan National Forest covers over 1,878,846 acres in western Colorado. The forest occupies land in Archuleta, Conejos, Dolores, Hinsdale, La Plata, Mineral, Montezuma, Rio Grande, San Miguel and San Juan Counties. It borders the Uncompahgre National Forest to the north and the Rio Grande National Forest to the east. The forest covers most of the southern portion of the San Juan Mountains west of the Continental Divide. The forest contains two alpine wilderness areas; the Weminuche and South San Juan, as well as the Piedra Area. The Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad passes through the National Forest.

The Durango Dispatch Center is the interagency focal point for the mobilization of resources from the San Juan National Forest, Tres Rios Field Office (BLM), Southern Ute Agency (BIA), Ute Mountain Ute Agency (BIA) and Mesa Verde National Park.

Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is located near Montrose, Colorado

Rocky Mountain National Park has their own dispatch center under the call sign ROMO (Rocky Mountain National Park). ROMO operates and maintains a series of linked VHF repeaters throughout the park. These repeaters are separated by the continental divide into east and west systems. The east side repeaters are all linked together, as are the west. LE units do run encryption on this system.

When called into the park, in addition to their primary communications on the State of Colorado DTRS system, Estes Park paramedics will be heard coordinating on RMNP EAST Net identifying themselves by their Estes Park radio numbers, such as "Paramedic 410".

ROMO Law Enforcement Rangers also operate on the State of Colorado DTRS system TG 9471 which is encrypted.

The NCAR Mesa Laboratory is located in Boulder CO.

The LGM-30 Minuteman missile alert and launch facilities of the 90th Missile Wing, 20th Air Force, are part of the Francis E. Warren
Air Force Base near Cheyenne WY.  The Colorado launch silos are located in northeast Weld County.

The Pueblo Chemical Depot is a chemical weapons storage site located east of Pueblo CO.

Buckley Space Force Base is located in Aurora CO in Araphoe County.

Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station is located in southwest Colorado Springs CO in El Paso County

Peterson Space Force Base is located in Colorado Springs CO in El Paso County

Schriever Space Force Base is located east of Colorado Springs CO in El Paso County
